We bought two chairs from filght dental (HR Dental) both chairs are not working from day one.every time we call them the tech never speaks english. if they come they work 2 hours on the chairs and tell us they have to come back to fix again so we never bother to with these chairs .we have paid a more than half the amount of two chairs.we have request them atleast show and demonstrate atleast one chair is in working condition and we will pay for the rest of the chair. which they are not willing we are just wounder what type of customer service is this/?? we found that some dealers not dealing with flight dental company any more. No tech people look at this chair at all.

If you call them and ask them they will tell you they own the company in china

OH buy the way these chairs are made in china. All parts in the chairs are fake brand the parts does not have name of the manufaturer. How own earth these people have licence to sell the product in canada. they have copyied the brand from seimens. Now flight dental complany taking us to court the for not paying rest of the money .what on earth they are thinking??? use less chiars pay the rest of the money""" some kinda joke""" I am woundering who is there adviser who has no wisdom at all.

we have lost our money & time for non useable chiars taking up our space and production time. We are informing all the dental associations to take precauations to protect there memebers from companies like this. for dentist please talk to all there freinds.
