Ripoff on a couch on chairs!!!.. Do Not Deal With Teppermans!!!

I bought a whole bunch of stuff from Teppermans' in March of this year (11'). I purchased a fridge, stove, tv, tables, couple of couches and chairs. I'm very happy with most of my purchase except the couch and two chairs that i purchased for my living room. It was only a month after i purchased them that i noticed that the cushions compressed to almost nothing and could barely get out of the damn chair.

Sure enough all cushions did the same thing on the couch on other chair. I called Teppermans and complained. They sent out a tech to come and have a look, he agreed that they were no good and replaced them. I asked if he replaced them with better cushions because i figured it would just happen again. Sure enough round 2 two months later. Same thing. Sure enough round 3 a few months after that.

I actually started to have to put pillows underneath the cushions so that they could be useable (real classy for when people come over and see pillows sticking out of your ' brand new couch').
