Ripoff poor service failure to refund money verbal assult

My 15 year old sister went to this so called "Salon" to get her hair Straightened. We asked around and other salons charged over $200-300 for the service because her hair is really long, thick and wavy but not curly. This salon said they'd do it for $100 dollars flat and verbally guaranteed that it would be "Japanesse style straight." Well we should have known it was too good to be true. The guy who did her hair was named Primo.

Well after he agreed to do her hair, he went across the mall in plain sight and bought a hair relaxer from the beauty store across from the salon for $10. He applied it in her hair and thats it. End of service. He didn't even dry her hair and said "Your done." I asked him if he could at least blow dry her hair and he got pissed off, but did it anyway. Well he didn't give us any instructions on how to care for her hair. It looked really straight after the treatment and we paid thinking it would last. My sister washed her hair and went back to wavy and was sooooo damaged. Her hair look fried, literally, she had spit ends everywhere.

We went back to the store to complain, and we were verbally assulted. The guy had the nerve to tell us "Go back to your country if you want a refund." Funny thing was that he had a really thick accent and was a member of a minority himself!

The product he used on my sisters hair was a relaxer intended for African-Americans. We're of Mediterranean descent. Can you image the damgage this caused. On top of that this guy was so bad he riped off a young girl, who by the way saved money to pay for this herself. The result was damaged hair that to this day is fried.
