Antivirus avast internet security

I paid for three years (34.$) to get Avast antivirus internet security I registered it on my laptop last week butit didin't work and I don't know what happen, there is no avast and I got a message, no security. When I try to repair I get the message I have to by again.

Please advise. I already paid for antivirus while ican't scan my files and have any protection from internet virus. it's very urgent
