I was doing some research regarding a good Antivirus and then suddenly this "Security Tool" appeared on my desktop. It offered to protect my computer against viruses and to clean the computer, etc. The offer was $50, so I paid for it in hope that it would be a programme that would help my computer. The complete opposite happened, it blocked many websites and it seemed to block any normal activity that I tried to undertake on my computer. Even when I tried to go buy a legit Norton Antivirus, it blocked the website and it was impossible to try and open it. Now my computer does not work at all and this "Antivirus" or shall I say "Viral" company charged me $55 for nothing or again let me say for ruinining my computer. It charged me for a virus!

I would appreciate some help...
