Double mattress

We purchased a new box spring and mattress (kingsdown) from leons (in winnipeg) a couple of years ago. The mattress ended up being defective>Leons sent out someone to look at it and reported back to us that it was defective therfore, we could choose another mattress. Not wanting the kingsdown mattress we chose a sealy box spring & mattress. My wive suffers from cronic back pains, so we chose a firm mattress. When we had it delivered, she realized that it was to hard (the same box spring & mattress on display in the store was not as hard). She could not sleep on it. We contacted Leons and they said she could get a new mattress. We exchaned the sealy for another kingsdown mattress. After all this, I COULD NOT believe that kingsdown TOOK 6 WEEKS TO MAKE A NEW MATTRESS.We will NEVER do buisness with KINGSDOWN again. I'm disappointed that Leons still continues to do buisness with this firm.
