Hair in pizza, also very poor service

Food is burnt plus a hair in a pizza. Serverand manager needs more training in food and how to fix a paoblem. Manager told us we give you 20% off the bill. Bill was $23.77, we had a card for $10.00 discount and still we got to pay$12.45. With the poor food and service we should of got at least 50% off. There is also a health issue with the hair in the pizza. I wish some action would be taken. The staff member has no experience in dealing with customers and wanted to give a suggestion which she already at the table could not believe about the hair and said all the sauages burn coming thru the oven. Not so we had a pizza 2 weeks pryer to this. The 20% of $2377 is $4.54and discount of $10.00=$9.23 plus taxes do not add up to$12.45
