Forcing employees to quit no overtime pay

Zucther burk this is my letter of why i am not working with there company i started working with there company at the warehouse when chef andrew was there from how they run the warehouse from leaving the product out all day to not cleaning the cooking area properly a few months later i was told by andrew that i would be train on off site work which is more money i worked off site for a few shift before they fired the head chef i continued working at the warehouse on till they promote Hauny she was disrespectful to all the employees but to speak to the owners you have to make an appointment so i stopped working at the warehouse and continue working off-site in Nov i was asked by the owner Walter why i don't lead any parties i told him tat they didn't pay enough so i got an offer to do two parties and i would get a raise for Dec and Jan was slow i really was relying on this company to continue my future career in the management part of the kosher industry i did one party in Jan and i was told everything was fine but during the party some small things was not complete now i've been in this industry for a very long time so i know they weren't huge mistakes BRADY the new head chef helped to make sure everything is done according of course now she is also the one who makes the final decision and on many occasion she praise my work how i always get the job done now if this is a new position i shouldn't be able to be perfect on my first try so i was expecting some evaluation but i didn't receive one so i asked brandy when she called she told me that the job i do is flawed in the sense that i work too hard i need to be a asshole to the employees but that's not my personality i see that the dishwashers are all minority who they treat with the worst type of treatment from having the people who babysit and take care of there house work come and work at the temples on till late and show up at 8 am is total abuse of the humans breaking there spirit knowing they need the job from the deductions from each pay for meal when sometimes there is no meal but withdrawing of the money is a constant even though we all protest the fee many times there is no people to unload the trucks so it falls on us to do it these people don't pay overtime they pay cash at the same rate yes in some sense they do some good but most of the time they do bad from terminating employees who are old to forcing employees to quit there is a lot of people who want to work but certain condition that employers put them through is not justified me knowing that there is no justice for me to treat people like less than they are rob and steal from people who doesn't speak/write english or understand the law should be a crime. If i didnt wait ontil march to find another job I would be better off but me waiting for them to say I dont have a future with them I had to apply for employment I feel they should pay back the governement plus back wages
