Hygiene issue and bad customer handling

Have had endless complaints from my colleagues but this time I had one of those experiences myself..when I was trying to grab the staff's attention she almost screamed at me saying i was on the wrong side, I should be by the cashier to place my order, which I very well knew but had to act differently cause the staff is just too busy not doing anything then making your smoothies!! then while I was paying by my card she again with a very bad attitude told me that I was swiping my card the wrong way!! The part that freaked me out the most was that she handled my panini with bare hands.. and while my panini was in the grill she starts lifting her T-shirt.. a very disgusting site specially when after a while she used those same hands to pack my panini!! and then handed me the package rudely.. I wanted to cancel my order but seeing the food ready it was too late!! looking at their hygiene and staff grooming standards I ll make sure I never go to any jugo juice in my life ever again.. and would make sure to warn everyone of their poor hygiene standards!! working in hospitality industry I couldn't believe the rude behaviour i received!! the coin operated vending machines are a better option.. they don't spoil your mood or gross you out of the food you are about to eat!!
