I have been to a few of Rideau Auctions and for the most part you can get great deals. However, today the auctions are online which is understandable in lieu of the pandemic and the fallout. The concern is they charge $200 just to register for the auction stating it was disclosed. The disclosure is buried but it is there. It seems to me this is yet just another company out to take peoples money before they actually earn it. Is this what companies are doing because as they suffer financially they feel obligated to make us (the consumer) financially hurt. Every dollar counts today due to the rising cost of just about everything. I would like to point out Rideau Auction is not the only one so read and read everything.
