Poor quality product

I can not believe that a company like GE can produce such a low quality product like the electric range that was purchased by my landlord to replace an old rande we had before. This new product should not be allowed on the market, It consumes a way to much electricity. It is hard to keep clean. The heat escapes from the oven. The stove is an all around disappointment.
