Sold me an EMPTY iphone on ebay, totally a joke! Canada ontario

The guy sold me an Iphone on ebay, titled "Apple iPhone 3G 8GB AS IS FOR PARTS! " little did I know he was going to send me an empty Iphone, after receiving the phone I contacted the seller who replied " I stated that some parts might, or might not be missing"... it's an empty shell I received!.,

same time that I bought from that guy he was selling another 3 or 4 Iphones.. so, guess some other people were not too happy when they received their package, or maybe i was just the only victim since i lived far away .. no idea, but AVOID that guy!! he's bad news & totally dishonest
