This company sells their products through halfoffdepot.com. You are required to get a voucher and present it in the correct amount of time. I purchased a $29 iphone batter pack through half off depot who then said get the product from Apple xoxo. I completed the voucher in time an never saw the product. They will not respond.
I pushed half off depot to refund my money. they emailed Apple xoxo who said once they got the product from China they will send it. This was six months ago. They will not respond.
