, on-line store fraud, i have been ripped off Internet, Canadian based

I bought a flashing tool from this company on-line on Feb. 23, 2008. After one month of not receiving the item, I went on their site to inquire about the status of my order using their various contact links, i've acctually been trying to contact this company by phone and have been unsuccesfull, i've also been sending e-mails to their orders department and shipping department twice and three times a week.

it is now April 14, and i have not heard anything from them. i did a search on their phone number to try to get an address and ran across this site, come to find out there are other people that have gotten ripped of as well.
