Shop NBC sold us a 56" Vivitek DLP TV. It lasted about 6 months prior to going downhill. It has been services 11 times, down for about 4 months, we have to place a smaller TV on a chair in front of the Defective Vivitek TV! They take about 3 weeks to get to each service call. We had the "optical engine" replaced, it lasted 4 months, and now is broken again. The total repair is now $900.00 for this one part! Credit card number please-is what they say to us. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company and since it has been 6 months, SHOP NBC did not respond, nor do they have to according to the chargeback laws. They have my money, and I have a piece of trash! Buyers beware-Run now while you still have your sanity!!!
