Inferior product/terrible customer service

You can read my post, but the quickest thing to do is look them up on BBB. F. And it even says on their website that they are BBB accreditied. Straight up fraudulent.

I ordered my pro-series 6 projector, and I was told that it would be shipped same day or the following day and would arrive in about eight business days. It sat in the warehouse for over a week and then was shipped out. I recieved it after about three weeks.

The first six months, the projector worked well. Decent picture... far from HD, but decent. It definitely is not 1080. Soon enough a brown spot appeared, despite meticulous maintenence. I was told that the projector would be replaced. I was told it would take eight businees days to arrive, and five business days to get the new one. Spare you the boring details... it has been five weeks and they haven't even shipped it yet.

The product works well for a short time, but overall is inferior. You get what you pay for. Customer service is terrible.

To reiterrate, their website says they are BBB accredited. In reality, they are BBB rated F. That should tell you all you need to know.

Get a good second hand projector from a well known brand.
