Not working

Ought a brand new fridge 4 years ago and had nothing but trouble. It worked for the for the first 3 months and then the freezer quit. Service man came out and took the fridge and did not recieve it back for 8 months. When I did get it back it worked for a little while and quit again. I phoned to tell service dept. and their reply is" we only fix once." A crook of sh... We got a lemon of a fridge and you people don't stand up for your product. I have a brand new fridge here and does not work. I think you should do something about it. Have boughten other appliances and you always phone to see how it is working. But this fridge, no phone call. No more business from me till things are straightened out. Stand by your product, for goodness sake!!
