Eing billed for canceled service

I cancelled these services on my pay as you go phone a while back and they are still placing these charges on my phone even though I texted them to stop the service. As of yesterday 11/02/2009 they were still taking charges from me. They have charged me $12.00 in charges and I would like to be credited back that amount.
