Hello there, I am just writing an anonymous complaint about TNI (The Network Inc.)www.tninetwork.com I worked with TNI as a agent on the field and was working for them for about 9 months. I was one of the decent leaders in the office in BC, Canada. Bringing in anywhere from $230-290 a week average for myself.

What happened to me was that I built up a crew of 8 people in 3 weeks and from there my manager stopped giving me new recruits because he didn't want me to fast track myself to management. Instead he gave me the 8 to work with and within a matter of 2 weeks i was down to a solid 4-5 guys. Eventually my manager told me that he wanted to open up a new deal in HAMILTON, ONTARIO, and he asked me and a few of my co-workers if they wanted to head out there with the new assistant manager at the time.

All went very badly the moment we got to the new city. We were promised a new office by ANDY TAN owner of TanTaz Inc. (Agency of TNI) Beforw we even arrived, but when we were there, noting but an empty appartment which was still under construction.

I went out there on a loan of 1000 dollars and my basic clothing and air matress.

We waited for over 2 months for the office to open up, but there was obviously no money for it. We waited and waited, while the 1000 dollars was diminished by the second month I was only making 50 dollars a week after all of my deductions. I don't know how so much could possibly be deducted from my pay cheque it was definately unfair how much was stolen from my pay. Working 6 days a week 12 hrs each and only making 50 bucks for the week was absolute bull.

I let my girlfriend know what was going on and she made arrangements to fly over immediately to pick me up and fly me out of there. It was terrible going through so much extreme hunger out there for a group of people that only feed you lies to make you stay. Not only that but it also crushes the relationships with many agents and their families.

It was terrible what they even did with the charities we worked for. We worked for MADD and Variety Childrens charity. There was definately one agent who accepted donation money and used it for Cigarettes instead of sending it to the charity.

I let the managers know and they did NOTHING about it. Instead I ended up having to cover the loss for him without being reimbursed.

I really hope people can start making a list that may be brought to the government to show them how horrible organizations like this are. I will take a few steps to make a movement to impose licence fees of a minimum of 500 Dollars like in Winnipeg Manitoba. Something that hurts the managers and not the agents. Or even if we introduce the law that manitoba has that states all door to door agents must be paid at least minimum wage and NOT just commisions. or what the Calgary office does is pays minimum wage OR commission WHICHEVER is GREATEST.

If you agree with me call up the neccessary government offices which can assist you with the problem in your state, province, country. I am currently looking to reach canadian federal level if neccessary.
I am also going through canadian human rights to see what they can do to help me out with this issue.
I NEED THE VOICES OF THOUSANDS TO SPEAK OUT TO THE GOVERNMENT
THIS IS A BIGGER PROBLEM THAN IT LOOKS.
