Huges Beauchamp - At Ebay Pokerface04 Canadian Rip-off of 1st US Open items

This guy made me a Best Offer on a snowboard bib and Program from the first snowboard contest held, the 1982 Snow Surfing Contest at Suicide 6 Vermont. It took 6 weeks to get paid. He made all sorts of excuses about his Paypal account but he had a lot of good recent feedback.

Sent him his item on 1/26/08 via post, filled out the customs forms etc. He had declined insurance or paying for Global express tracking. He keeps writing me telling me he had not received item but Customs records show it cleared customs in early Feb.! st thing this guy does is start accusing me of riping him off and then makes these claims to Paypal.

After sending paypal the cusotms forms (the Post office copy no less), my reciept for shipping and waitng 4 more weeks, he claims again and again he got ripped off. I have the postal employee who shipped the package for me waiting to tell both off them the package had been shipped. NADA.

Paypal goes for his song and dance act, he writes me an email saying gee I am sorry, but I always wanted this for my collection. He got the items on Feb 12, 2008. Then he leaves negative feedback.

On monday the 10th of March I will be filing a small claims action against Paypal and him for fraud. We will see how has the last laugh then. Just beware of this guy. I have lots of emails with his excuses and threats. This is not the first time he has done this.
