WARNING always check out companies before you cash any check sent to you

Thankfully, I checked this company out with the better business bureau and googled them before they got me. This company has reportedly scammed many people out of large amounts of money. They usually sent cashier checks for just under $5, 000.00. The one they sent to me was for $4998.00 from Folsom Lake bank in Folsom California. Their business address was in Ontario Canada. Luckily I did check on them first. I can't afford to lose that much money. I called to speak to them about the check and they were way to vague and didn't give me much info. They just said to put the money in my account and when it cleared draw it out and call back and they would give me specific instructions. Tomorrow I am taking this check to my bank so they can report it as security fraud to the feds. WARNING-always check out any company that sends you a check before they have spoken to you. No one is going to send you money without expecting something first-like a signed agreement. DONT GET SCAMMED-DO SOME HOME WORK!
