In December, 2005, Jeff and William Breti misrepresented a project they said they had land for and required a $10, 000 deposit to secure. No land was provided and they stole the deposit (which was in trust). When confronted, Bill said to not worry he would pay me back. I bought his house from him in February, 2006. He asked for time to move out then he never left. He obstructed efforts to sell the house then said he wanted to buy it back. No deposit was given and no rent was being paid. He never bought the house back and refused to leave or pay saying he had millions of dollars owed to him and he would get the money. His words were, "we would trade horses."

After seventeen months of him refusing to leave and stealing money from us every month, we tried to evict him. He is still living in our house illegally saying how he is coming into money and will buy the house back. Even worse, on the night he was ordered to leave, he tried to threaten us with fraudulent bills and contracts for the hotel that never existed. He even begged me for money at Christmas for food. Willam Breti has stolen money from us, misrepresented himself and projects, defrauded us of tens of thousands of dollars of unpaid rents, represented several hundred thousand dollars of deals to me to make up for everything he has taken, and the worst part is attacked me and my family with fraudulent contracts and bills. To this day we have not received one penny from him and he continues to live illegally in our house while we are pursuing him in the courts to evict him, collect damages and have him and Jeff Breti charged.
