Totally undignifying rip-off

I am a very upset victim of this fraud. These people need to be stopped, prosecuted and put underneath the prison walls. I am a single mom and I do not know how my kids and I atre going to recover from this. This is taking food out our mouth and possibly the roof over our heads. I do not know what to do t this point, but pray.
