I ordered a boquet of flowers for my wife on Valentines Day 2005. Not only did they not arrive on Monday, but it was Wednesday afternoon by the time they arrived. When they did arrive, they were in a crushed box and they didn't even have water bulbs on the stems.

So, in transit, they were out in the freezing cold with no water. I paid almost $90 for roses and tulips that lasted little over one day before wilting and dying.
I tried most of the evening on Monday, all day Tuesday and half of the day on wednesday to contact them over the phone (which I don't advise unless you have no life) and I was on hold until I got a message that they were incredibly busy and was disconnected.

When I finally did get a response via e mail, they were not incredibly helpful and insisted that I take a picture of the now dead flowers in order to be considered for a refund. Our credit card company is now in the middle of the saga, because we are trying to close the account, in the event that they try to add more charges on it
Never in my life have I been so aggrivated and felt so taken advantage of. I feel stupid and gullibile for trusting someone
