Roses delivered, half dead, lasted one day

I ordered a dozen red roses in a vase for delivery to the hotel by boyfriend was staying at on Valentine's Day during his business trip. The flowers were delivered as directed but they were half dead, had no water containers on the stems and were not trimmed correctly on the stem ends (not allowing them to absorb water effectively). A real florist would be sure to trim roses correctly. They flew back home with him as carry-on luggage on the aircraft, but despite trying to revive them they were dead by the next day. It was our first Valentine's together. While he was thrilled to receive the flowers, it was extremely disappointing for me that they were such poor quality. Last time I ever deal with Bloomex.
