Union ripoff selling fraudulent membership

I met a fellow in the line of carpentry. He tell me that he is a union representitive for IATSE 262 Montreal. He sells me a goodstanding letter for his union and I take it to Vancouver Union and they give me a Job put me on the list for a Motion Picture Technician Carpenter. After one year goes by I have to pay union dues now so I call the Union and they don't even now who I'm. So when the Union found out that their representitive was spending all the new members money, they sent me a letter saying they can't put me in their union when I have Union dues paid to them all ready. But Vancouver Union Will not give me my goodstanding letter back because it is fake.
