I ordered personalized address labels for $18.28 on January 20th, 2003. My cheque cleared the bank on January 30, 2003 and the product has not been received.

Their phone line is busy whenever I call and I decided to check the internet. I was shocked to find thousands of others who have had the same problem with this company. Buyer Beware!
