Ripoff

On March 03, 2003 my mother ordered address labels from JD Marvel Products. The company cashed her check on March 17, 2003. She has called the company several times at 1-514-344-4747. the phone line is busy always.
How can a company take peoples money without delivering a product. There must be something that can be done about a company that blatently rips off people.

I am sure that most people decide that it is too much trouble for the cost incurred ($20.00) and write it off as a good lesson learned. I am also sure that JD Marvel Products make their money ripping people off and make alot of money doing this.
I believe that we need to join together and stop JD Marvel Products from ripping off any more people and I am willing to help any way I can!
