JD Marvel Producs Inc ripoff scam stole my money Ontario

On March 12/2003 I ordered two bras from JD Marvel Inc. I thought I should have them by now so I tried e-Mailing them to check on the status of my order and did not hear back!
I paid by Internet Secure Visa. Now they have my visa # and the $$29.21 that they took from my visa and I am left holding the empty bag! Then I found this site and realized that I had been scammed. That makes me mad. What can we do about it?
