Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I sent a check for a ClearVue Mini-Dish in August. My check was cashed quickly but no product was sent to me. I called the company and was put on hold for a very, very long time when a representative finally came on the phone and told me that it would have to take at least 5-6 weeks for the product to reach me. When I said I wanted my money back, they told me it was going to take another minimum 5 - 6 weeks to process the refund.
