I am unhappy customer i bough a home 1million 300 paid to caliber homes, we are heart broken with these builder,

they never finished the work on time, house was mess and dirty and filthy we got the key, according them this is normal they close the house soon or the next day trade people come and start continues working in our house make more mess and construction dirt. when you call them to clean they never answer the phone or return you messages, very very bad customer services, they are good until you close (deal) your house . caliber is building another project in kleinburg if you ask each and every one at woodbridge location every one has a story to tell . and there bad experience with the builder. There contract is one sided contract they never let you take there contract to your lawyer.
