Very bad after sale service

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...

I signed a contract with this company to replace my hot water tank... bad decision... should have google the name of the company before doing so...

The sales rep will tell you something (the installer will be at your place at 8 am sharp), then the after sale rep that calls to confirm your appointment will tell you something else (installer will be there between 8 and 10), and to make matter's worse, the installer called me on installation day to tell me he would be at my place at noon and he was late an hour since he had until 11 to get to my place!!

In addition, the sales rep told me that they would need to make holes in my wall but they will fix the whole with a vent. However, when the installer got here, it was an extra charge to fix the wholes he made!!

All in all, this company is not well integrated and only there for your $$$. Once the contract is signed, dont expect to be respected as a valued customer.
