I cancelled a contract within the 10 day cancellation period allowed by the consumer protection act and the company failed to fully refund my deposit. The company failed to respond to an inquiry into this matter from the Better Business Bureau. The matter was eventually settled in small claims court. The company was forced to pay my full refund plus some court costs.
