Goes under different names and has many companies he operates under that are unlicensed that he uses – closes one opens another once in trouble and to avoid paying tax..

He is not a license contractor, has absolutely no construction/builder insurance and has not filed taxes for over 15 years. All jobs are under the table and at customers own risk.
He has fraud many customers out of their money and the jobs he has done are of extremely poor quality, if he even finishes the job; he has caused extremely expensive damage to property that the owners had to pay thousands of dollars since Jose had no insurance.

It has been acknowledged and reported that he has even frauded the insurance companies for portraying he performed a job; also fraud the insurance companies relating to car accidents.
Jose’s real job is being a DRUG DEALER, smuggles large amounts of cocaine in his truck from U.S.A. and sells to whomever including children under the age of 20 years. Even helped person charged with drugs violation escape on bail from Toronto to Australia. To my astonishment he is also an Informant for the police.
Jose is extremely nice when you 1st encounter meeting him but from investigation and numerous womem experiences he is a gigolo who borrows money – thousands of dollars from numerous woman than refuses to pay back – in other words steals from them.
Upon investigation he also owes $40, 000 to Government Child Support who took away his driver’s license – still driving around in his green 2 door pickup truck without any insurance, had numerous visits from police regarding this issue.
This man Jose never stops RIPPING OFF people and companies with his seedy business so people BEWARE.

190 lbs., lean, soft spoken (mistaken for gentleness), age approx. 57, dresses in dirty work clothes misinforming people he is in construction or a painter, born in Iran, lives with a woman Elena, referred to as his wife when it is his daughter, she helps with frauds car cases (as viewed on internet).
