Don't buy any home built by these guys. This company is a sham! You will have laundry list of deficiencies and you will wait months for something to happen. Better off paying a little more to get quality and peace of mind. Our home is not insulated properly too many plumbing issues. These guys run restaurants. Taking advantage of the hot property market, they got into construction and now home owners suffer! And don't believe his realtor, Colin Hill. Both liars and cheats!
