Warranty does not matter as Mr. Anderson will not recognize or acknowledge either product defects or deplorable workmanship by his installers

Before the sale, they were the most helpful and polite people. After Best Windows and Doors received my down payment, their customer service and entire transaction went downhill.

I have several complaints against this company, but my main complaint and purchase was a new entry door. Immediately after the installation, it was obvious to any average person that the installation and product had issues as there was sunlight visible around the seal of the closed door as well as several holes in the sealant around the exterior of the door. My guess was the door or door frame is either bent (not parallel) or manufactured with errors causing the seal problems.

The day after the installation they called on a holiday for final payment. Several weeks after my complaint I had to submit my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before they would return my calls and arrange for repairs.
