I ordered a replacement netting for my gazebo on March 15, 2009. I received a confirmation of the order through my email address. On March 27, 2009 I received another email stating that there was a delay with my order due to CONDITIONS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL and that there would be a 2-3 week delay. On April 24, 2009 I received another email stating they had a new phone number. It is now May 17, 2009 and have not received my order. I have left numerous messages, sent many emails of which some of them have been undeliverable. I paid through pay pal and tried to dispute the transaction, but am beyond the 45 day window. I think that when Mosquito Control sent the delay notice email it was so that I could/would not file a dispute with pay pal. They are a FRAUDULENT HOAX.
