Failure to pay for rental and service of portable toilet

This report is to further the notion, that RRS and its president are completely untrustworthy.
RRS has an outstanding invoice for the rental of a portable toilet. This invoice dates back to September 9, 2008 and needs to be PAID. Joe Ricupero was contacted on several occasions about this issue; each time broken promises.
His insincerity and unwillingness to return messages, is in our opinion a poor reflexion of a company.
RRS should always consider the consequences of their business actions. Remember that honesty and integrity are paramount to any successful business.
