Stole our money, misinformed us, and sold us products we did not need

This company tried to sell us a new roof and new eavestrough. Thankfully, before we finalized anything with Roof Rite, we consulted 2 other roofing/eaves professionals. Both said, while a new roof might be a good idea, the eaves were just fine. Upon learning about this, we decided to not do business with Roof Rite. They promised to refund the entire deposit. This was their first lie. After talking to the person who promised to refund our money, the manager, and to the owner I believe, we were told we would not be receiving our refund.

I thought going to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to make a complaint would be more effective. I was very wrong. This turned out to be fruitless. In the company's rebuttal to my BBB complaint, they used very condescending language and simply refused to provide a refund. The promise to refund our money was not fulfilled.

Anyone considering using their services should do their homework. They will steal your money and prey upon your ignorance.
