Terrible roofing job, no responsbility for major leak

This company operating in Toronto, Canada owned by Tom Desousa, is very disreputable and does terrible work. He replaced the shingles on my roof. The shingles are uneven and the roof actually has a wavy look. After he finished the roofing job a leak developed where the roof meets a dormer. The water was literally pouring into the kitchen through the ceiling. He just ignored my calls and took no responsibility for fixing this big problem.
Do not use this company. He presents himself as a professional with integrity but he is not. Don't be fooled. Stay away from this ripoff artist.
