OWNER IS RUDE-ABRAISIVE TERRIBLE SERVICE... LOTS OF ATTITUDE

WE DROPPED INTO THIS STORE AND WERE ABOUT TO DROP 1-3000 DOLLARS. WE WERE READY TO CHECKOUT..THE SALES STAFF WERE NICE..BUT WE GIVEN THE STATE OF THE ECONOMY WE SIMPLY ASKED, CAN YOU DO A WEE BIT BETTER ON THE PRICE. HIS HANDS WERE TIED SO WE ASKED TO TALK TO THE MGR WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE THE OWNER. GLEN IS HIS NAME WE KINDLY APPROACHED HIM AND SAID WE WOULD LIKE TO BUY SOME FURNITURE IN YOUR STORE TODAY WERE READY TO CHECK OUT, CAN YOU DO A TOUCH BETTER FOR US ON THE PRICE WE ASKED KINDLY. "NO ARE PRICES ARE FIRM HE REMARKED WITH A RUDE UNDERTONE TURNED HIS BACK AND WALKED AWAY!! " WHAT DORK!!!

This is suppose to be the owner. Yes someone definatley pissed in his cornflakes that morning..who knows maybe his boyfriend. This guy has not seen sunlight for 5 years. So we left and spent our measily 2300 dollars down the street where we were treated with courtesy and respect. Not sure why anyone would want to work there. This guy has the same flagrant attitude as UPCOUNTRY... now up in the country bankrupt... so if your buying anything avoid this store at all costs.

Here we were with cash and credit card in hand... and this is how the owner treats people? Imagine if you had bought something that became defective. Can you imagine the hassle you would have!? We walked up the street and told the staff about our experience in 3 other showrooms. Turns out Glen is well known for his great caustic personality. They rolled their eyes and laughed and new who we mentioned without evern telling them his name!!! INDESIGN SUCKS!!!
