Applied a colour to concrete around my pool area

Etched in Stone does not guarantee their work or follow up on complaints for work done. We spend over $5000 on painting the concrete around our pool area. after the winter is had peeled and you could see the original colour underneath. I contacted the owner Lorne Koekkoek and he did not return calls or come to see the defective workmanship. I am very dissapointed in his work and furthermore his business or lack of business ethics. Do not use this company unless you do not pay until after the job is complete and even then holdback funds to make sure the application works.
