Poor workmanship No after service

Company was recommend and is partner of FiberTech Pools to finsh pool couping and landscaping services. Landscaping working sunk, which is expected he made promises that he would come back to fix work that would have settled. The owner is Nick and does not return calls. His contact number has voice mail, but system responds that his mailbox is full. Sometime he answers phone and makes promises tha he will come by in a few days and never does show up. i call the parnter company and they blame the other company.
