Extremely poor quality wood products, customer service a joke Ripoff

Purchased their pre-cut E-Z build kit 8x8 barn w/4' extension. Was amazed at the poor quality of wood that was supplied in the kit. Lumber was absolutly junk, angles were cut incorrectly, some of the boards were either too short or unusable. This was not just a few boards but many, when I phoned customer service I was told that the rep was "on break" that was a good one! Was promised a returned call but I think you can guess that I never received that. I was told that I could purchase lumber to replace the ones that were bad and send the receipts in for a refund, what a joke! I am sure that if I did that I would never receive anything from Nor-crap!

I did call Menards and was promised that they would make things right if I brought the receipt along with the bad lumber. I knew that Menards sells poor quality products but this one was a total rip off for the price that I paid I thought I was getting a premium barn instead I got poor quality.
