we approached uptick to produce custom clothing, we met with the owner and gave him the specs and designs. 2 weeks later and they have avoided all our calls have not returned any of our emails, when we called from a different number he answered and sounded caught off guard and rushed me off the phone saying he would send us an email right away, then after he did not reply with an email and he avoided answering calls from that number as well.

we suspect that our clothing specs have been stolen or sold to another client of his, yet we wont fully know until our lawyer contacts them.

this has held our business back and was a huge waste of our time.

these people are Sketchy, stay away unless you want to be given the run around and possibly have your ideas stolen.
