Just today June 4 I went to WALT HEALY MOTORSPORT to pick up my motorcycle after it has had some work done to it. A change of tires.

Once there to pick it up I was told that there was a problem with my speedometer cable and mount on the front tire, it was explained to me but not very well.

Anyways.

When I tried to drive the bike away the speedometer cable broke so I immediately turned around and was back at the service desk within 2 min.

When I told the service manager/owner that the bike is not working and it must be returned to me in the same working condition that it was in when I droped it off he proceeded to get very aggressive with me and started to threaten me by saying that he can have the mechanics deem the bike as not road worthy and that the bike will then be "taken away". And that there is nothing that I can do about it. And that I basically had two options.. I could leave with the bike as is or they would losen the axel of the fron tire rendering the bike very dangerous to drive as it would be wobbling.

The mere fact that the service manager/owner would give that to me as a option just proves that they are not concerned at all about my safety.

I was also told that my bike was taken for a test ride once the tires were put on. Obviously I was lied to because it broke immediately once I drove out the parking lot.

I was threatened by the owner that he would have his mechanic deem the bike un fit to drive if I did not take it as is.

He also tried telling me that they do not work on custom jobs.

I showed him the bike before I left it for the appointment to change the tires... he had absolutely no complaints and did not mention at all that they do not work on custom bikes.
