Reneging on a Purchase Price Agreement

In June of this yesr I was shopping for a 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited for my wife. I had a "handshake" agreement with the Used Car Sales Manager (only manager available to approve the price) on a Saturday for $38, 400.00 "ALL IN" except for GST plus they were going to install the "Skid Plate Group Package" free of charge. When I went in the following Monday, the Courtesy Chrysler Sales Manager tacked on $1400.00 administrative fee plus the $120.00 air & tire fee and I pay for the Skid Plate package. THE HANDSHAKE AGREEMENT I HAD WITH THE PREVIOUS REPRESENTATIVE HAD SUDDENLY BECOME INVALID!

I ended up buying exactly the same vehicle at Sherwood Park Dodge from Mr. Jason Beck. The following "entire agreement" was made via telephone conversations and e-mails; The price was $36550.00, plus $399.00 administration fee plus the $120.00 air & tire fee. Sherwood Park Dodge would install the Skid Plate Group Package at their cost. I drove to Sherwood Park the following day, when I arrived the vehicle was exactly as described, the costs were exactly as agreed upon plus we were supplied with a full tank of fuel and 2 complimentary oil changes! NO LIES, NO DECEPTION!!!
