Super lazy & inattentive City Taxi centre manager

I sent the following email to Neil Shorey of City Taxi Toronto on May 7/25 & received a quick response
telling me " Thank you for your feedback.
A taxi number is required for us to follow up additionally.
City Taxi"

I could not believe such a lazy, careless, inattentive person can be the manager of the "leading" taxicab fleet in Toronto & I emailed to Neil & Said "READ & BOTH LICENSE PLATE & TAXI LICENSE #s ARE BOTH THERE!"

I hear nothing further back from this quite incompetent manager Neil or City Taxi regarding my complaint since May 7, 2025.

"Dear Neil

I wish to report the following incident that happened to myself earlier this morning.

Around 9:35 am, May 7, 2025, I was halfway crossing the west side xxx Mall (private) entrance/exit intersection with pedestrian green lights on, a black City Taxi cab licence plate # CCXA xxx (private) driven by a black 50ish male sped across no more than 1 foot from me & quickly turned south on Jane street. No braking, no slowing down, driver seemed only watching out for cars travelling north to south on Jane street, not people walking. I saw the same taxi, same male driver around 11:55 am same date picking up a passenger outside the xxx (private) Mall north entrance. I wrote down the taxi licence # xxxx (private) & the make & model of this City Taxi cab---a 4-door Toyota Camry. I believe this driver picks up passengers regularly at xxx (private) Mall and/or the nearby xxx (private) Mall. I was too lucky to be still alive writing this because I was looking while this dangerous driver did not this morning.

I called the police right after the near hit & run on me at 9:40am & do not feel that they care at all!"
