Ripoff, horrible workmanship, and terrible customer service

I paid Peter in cash to do autobody and paint work on my 91 Acura Integra.

I happened to have a smashed rear bumper, so I agreed to purchase a brand new custom one.

I asked him to install it for me. He agreed.

But just a few days ago (Sun, June 3, 2006). As I exited onto the express way, the rear bumper flew right off my car!!

I stopped and ran back on foot to recover it.

I obsevered that this irressponsible individual only put two screws to hold up the entire bumper to my car!!

I called him right away, but instead of him being humble for his mistake and agree to fix his wrong doing, he basically was rude and completely ignorant and told me to go f**** myself..

All I want in return is for my car to be properly fixed and compensated for all of the running around I've had to do for his irresponsibility!
