WARNING:
Be very very careful when renting a car through Budget Rent a Car in London

The Man that owns it is doing illegal stuff.

Rented a van, read-signed contract.

Then when I went to give van back. They had a POSTER on the door stating 'anyone that uses the 407 will have to pay a fee of $25"

THIS POSTER WAS NOT THERE WHEN I RENTED THE VAN.

NOR was there anything in the CONTRACT I Signed.

I asked the girl to speak with the Manager.

He came out and stated 'that's the way it is'
I stated this is 'fraud' nothing in contract and poster was NOT up when I rented it.

HE stated "see this comment card I was about to give you (((rips it up))) I am NOT giving it to you now"

I was stunned.
(Even the girl behind the counter. Looked like she was scared of him also)

Asked to speak with the Owner.
He states "I AM the Owner"

Paid and walked out.

This is total BS.

Am filing a report with authorities on this person and posting anywhere to SAVE others the grief of dealing with this person.
